Towards sustainable change
Investments, innovation and synergistic relations are key components of our strategic plan “To Do Future”,
which we launched in 2020 to tackle the challenges of sustainability. Our well-structured action plan promotes production
processes with a low environmental impact and the use of eco-sustainable materials. The plan is people-centric
and values the local territory, to build a more sustainable future.
Our values are the roots underpinning our behaviour; they tell our story and illustrate what we believe in. Defining them reinforces our sense of belonging and motivation to achieve common goals. For us, sustainability is about respect, integrity and accountability, which is why it has become an integral part of our business model, aimed at safeguarding the ecosystem and personal welfare.
